Helping People Find Hope & Restoration in Jesus
The Mental Health Support Group of Lyndon Christian Church exists to help those struggling with mental health issues find hope and restoration in Jesus.
The Mental Health Support Group will be a place where those struggling with mental health issues will be loved and encouraged and shown compassion. It will be a group of people who lead one another to Christlikeness and bear one another’s burdens.
Your Mental Health is just as important as your physical, emotional and spiritual health. At Lyndon, we desire to reduce the stigma around mental health challenges and to equip you with skills and proactive practices that guide you toward overall health. We support a holistic approach to healing mental health combining spiritual disciplines with mental health best practices.
On the second Sunday every other month, we will gather together for a Mental Health Workshop on a variety of topics. Through teaching, small group discussion, and personal reflection, our prayer is that you leave each workshop with the tools you can integrate into your life right away.
