Helping People Find Hope & Restoration in Jesus
At Romans 12:1, Paul wrote, “I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.”
A living sacrifice doesn’t sit in a pew and then go home. It gets up and serves. When we serve, we offer our hands, feet, time, and energy back to God who gave everything for us. Holding a baby in the nursery, making a casserole for a new mom, teaching a Sunday School class, and welcoming a guest at the door all become worship.
Through the month of November, we will look at how Jesus sacrificed His own body and how we can follow Him with ours.
